Associate Professor Steadman specialises in orthopaedic surgery with special interests in upper and lower limb general orthopaedics and arthroplasty and orthopaedic oncology.
Dr Lyons has a special interest in disorders of the hip and knee and performs arthroscopic, reconstructive and replacement surgery of the hip and knee.
Mr Lording is a locally and internationally trained orthopaedic surgeon specialising in surgery of the knee. He also has an active interest in clinical and biomechanical research.
Associate Professor Walter’s interest is in hip and knee issues from arthroscopic procedures, straightforward joint replacement surgery to highly complex conditions.
Dr Journeaux’s major orthopaedic elective interest is in lower limb joint replacement including hip and knee arthroplasty with a special interest in revision hip surgery.
Mr McMahon specialises in the management of arthritis and injuries of the hip and knee including sports injuries. He was one of the first surgeons in Australia to embrace the recent advances in hip resurfacing.
This Fellowship will provide exposure to moderately complex primary joint replacements of the knee, hip and shoulder and revision arthroplasties. You will participate in departmental meetings and undertake research for peer review on a six monthly basis.
Mr Barwood has a particular focus on arthroscopic techniques for shoulder tendon (rotator cuff) and stabilisation surgery as well as modern shoulder replacement surgery.
Dr Wines specialises in arthroscopic and reconstructive surgery of the foot and ankle in adults and children. His research interests include minimally invasive bunion surgery and pain relief after forefoot surgery.
Dr Annear specialises in ACL reconstruction, lower limb sports surgery including groin and hamstring surgery, lower limb arthritis surgery and paediatric orthopaedics.
