Orthopaedic Fellowship Information
This Fellowship is offered through the North Sydney Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Centre. The centre is one of the major private orthopaedic and sports medicine practices in Australia. The position is attractive to orthopaedic surgeons wishing to gain experience with diseases of the knee and joint arthroplasty, particularly in the sports medicine environment. Extensive involvement in clinical research is assured due to the concentrated caseload in these areas of orthopaedic surgery and also the availability of a full-time research department. The Fellow will participate in the regular consultation and surgical programme, including patient examination and follow-up, and also surgical assistance where accredited. Opportunities exist for ongoing involvement in the compilation and presentation of scientific papers.
