The Fellowship is designed for surgeons who have completed their training and are seeking further subspecialty training in hip and knee arthroplasty, reconstructive and arthroscopic knee surgery and hip arthroscopy.
Dr Simon Gatehouse is a Brisbane-based surgeon specialising in adult and paediatric spinal surgery. He is directly involved in Australian registrar training and the training of international spinal surgeons.
Dr Qurashi specialises in orthopaedic and trauma surgery and has a further interest in advanced techniques in hip arthroscopy, primary and revision hip and knee replacement surgery and knee ligament reconstruction.

The Fellowship is to provide experience and training in total joint arthroplasty, training in navigation, seminars on complex and difficult cases and clinical discussions.
Mr Balakumar specialises in lower limb surgery including joint preservation surgeries of the hip, sports injury surgeries of the knee and scoliosis surgery in children.
This Fellowship will provide extensive training to recent orthopaedic graduates in the diagnosis and management of hip and knee arthroplasty, arthroscopy and the specialised osseointegration for above knee amputees.
Dr Dickinson has been an orthopaedic surgeon at Princess Alexandra Hospital in Brisbane for 25 years and established the Queensland Bone Tumour Registry, which he continues to chair.
