This Fellowship will provide exposure to moderately complex primary joint replacements of the knee, hip and shoulder and revision arthroplasties. You will participate in departmental meetings and undertake research for peer review on a six monthly basis.
Fellows will be exposed to both hip and knee arthroplasty, primary and revision and ligament/soft tissue reconstructions of the knee.
The major focus of the Fellowship is to train in arthroscopic reconstruction techniques involving minimally invasive surgery of the hip.
Associate Professor Labrom has a special interest in scoliosis surgery in both children and adults. He treats all types of scoliosis and other paediatric spinal conditions with both non-operative and surgical methods.
