Mr Tham specialises in hand and risk surgery at St Vincent’s Public Hospital in Melbourne and as a Senior Hand Surgery Consultant at Dandenong Hospital in Victoria, while maintaining a busy private practice.
The Fellowship is largely clinical with a heavy weighting towards knee surgery. Some flexibility exists to structure the Fellowship with additional exposure to hip and/or shoulder surgery.
Dr Journeaux’s major orthopaedic elective interest is in lower limb joint replacement including hip and knee arthroplasty with a special interest in revision hip surgery.
The Fellow will gain further experience and training in all aspects of adult hip and knee joint arthroplasty, including arthroscopic knee ligament reconstruction, in a busy metropolitan practice.
This Fellowship is suitable for a candidate preparing for a career in hand surgery. The Fellow will be involved in emergency and elective cases, on call from the emergency department and outpatient care.
