The major focus of the Fellowship is to train in arthroscopic reconstruction techniques involving minimally invasive surgery of the hip.
Mr O’Sullivan has particular interests in the management of acute knee injuries including ACL reconstruction, the management of meniscal injuries and patellar realignment surgery.
Dr Wood has approximately 25 years of practice experience and specialises in arthroscopic and reconstructive surgery of the knee.
Mr Young’s special interests are sports medicine and arthritis surgery. He has a research interest in knee ligament injuries, patellar instability problems and the management of stress fractures in athletes.
The Fellow will assist in AMIS (Anterior Minimally Invasive Surgery) for Total Hip Arthroplasty and Conventional and Patient Matched Instrumentation for Total Knee Arthroplasty.
Dr Karpik has a special interest in joint replacement of the hip, knee and shoulder. He also specialises in sport medicine and general musculo-skeletal problems of the shoulder and lower limb.
