This Fellowship is suitable for a candidate preparing for a career in hand surgery. The Fellow will be involved in emergency and elective cases, on call from the emergency department and outpatient care.
Dr Fardoulys has a subspecialty interest in shoulder and knee arthroscopic surgery and sports injuries.
The Fellowship is largely clinical with a heavy weighting towards knee surgery. Some flexibility exists to structure the Fellowship with additional exposure to hip and/or shoulder surgery.
Dr Lam has particular expertise in sports related injuries of the foot and ankle including the use of arthroscopic surgery.
Dr Randhawa manages sports hip conditions such as femoro-acetabular impingement, ligamentum teres and labral tears, gluteal tendinopathy and hip replacement in the younger adult.
The Fellow is expected to become an integral part of the department, which undertakes the full spectrum of arthroplasty work. The Fellow will be assessing new and follow-up patients in clinic and attending theatre lists.
