AIMS offers a personalised service to Supervised Surgeons recognising the unique nature of each Practice. The information below is general and we are happy to put you in touch with Supervising Surgeons who use our service.

As the Sponsor for the Fellow, AIMS has a vested interest in the quality and outcome of the Fellowship and carries the responsibility for the Fellow. We ensure the Fellowship paperwork is complete and accurate. Your Fellow will arrive on time. AIMS has a dedicated team administrating the Fellowships with established relationships in all of the regulatory bodies involved in the process. For SET trainees, we ensure that working agreements and terms are in place along with accreditation approval. All Fellowships in Australia are either AOA or Royal Australasian College of Surgeons accredited.

We can hold and manage the funds the Fellow will receive and support both the Fellow and the Supervising Surgeon should there be any issues during the course of the Fellowship. By administering the funds, we give reputational protection to Supervising Surgeons by recognising compliance legislation.

AIMS offers an ethical, integrity based, efficient service. We are not the accrediting authority and have no conflict of interest.

AIMS provides support and assistance from its team who are available by telephone or email to answer any questions you or the Fellow may have throughout the process.
