Orthopaedic Fellowship Information
This Fellowship will provide extensive training to recent orthopaedic graduates in the diagnosis and management of hip and knee arthroplasty, arthroscopy and the specialised osseointegration for above knee amputees. The Fellow will have the opportunity to be directly involved in the initial assessment of these disorders as well as their management, both surgical and non-surgical, and the ongoing care of these patients.
Arthroplasty of the knee is computer navigated and hip arthroplasty is the minimal invasive anterior approach. This experience will take place in a supervised environment to optimise the potential for learning and is associated with preparation of clinical research for presentation and publication.
