Orthopaedic Fellowship Information
This Fellowship focuses on the reconstructive and arthroplasty surgery of the hip and knee joints. The Fellow will be involved in pre-operative evaluation and surgery in a large and busy joint replacement practice, with extensive experience in both primary and revision surgery of the hip and knee. About 20% of the work is recision surgery. The Fellow will also be involved in post-operative management and long-term follow-up evaluation. Clinical research will be based on an extensive long-term surveillance database and applicants will be required to prepare papers for presentation and publication. There will also be opportunity to participate in bench-top research and experimentation.

AU$80,000 pa

Minimum Requirements

5 years of Formal Specialist Training
Suitable for Registration with the Medical Board of Autsralia
IELTS level 8
Demonstrated clinical practice to high standard. Evidence of surgical expe
